Welcome, I'm Megan. You bring your story; I bring the tools to help you shape what comes next.

Hi, I'm Megan Vitale an LCSW with 26 years of experience. I have dedicated my career to helping families move from conflict to connection and I want to help you.

A little about me....

I am a transplant to St. Louis; I moved here to get my Master's degree from Washington University. I have been licensed for 26 years and have spent most of my career serving children and families. For the past 10 years I have worked in Community Mental Health as a Director of In-Home services for families, as well as the Vice President of all Youth Behavioral Health Services. I teach a college course on working with youth and families. I truly believe that parents are the experts on their children and the therapists' job is to bring tools that can help build a stronger relationship.

Who do I work with?

  • Parents/Caregivers- I want to provide you with the tools to create strong relationships in your family

  • Youth- I may see a youth for individual therapy OR a combination of youth and caregiver

  • Adult Women/Women's issues- individual therapy

  • Consultation and Mentorship of mental health providers- also provide supervision for LMSWs
