Because no therapist should have to learn this work alone.....
Supporting the Next Generation of Clinicians...
One of the most meaningful parts of my career has been helping newer mental health professionals grow in confidence, competence, and clinical judgment.
Throughout my years as a Clinical Director and Vice President, I had the privilege of training, mentoring, and supervising clinicians at various stages of their professional development. Later, as a college instructor, I have continued that work by helping prepare future practitioners for the realities of clinical practice.
Therapy is meaningful work, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and full of uncertainty, especially in the early years. Having a supportive space to ask questions, process challenges, and develop your own clinical voice can make all the difference.
Whether through supervision, consultation, or training, my goal is to help clinicians strengthen their skills, deepen their understanding, and build confidence in the therapy room while feeling connected to a supportive professional community.
Learning never stops in this profession, and none of us were meant to do it alone.
